Bonnie Burwell
Monday May 30, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
Gerstein Library, Unversity of Toronto

This course is intended as an overview and first step for those exploring e-learning as an option in their own organizations. At the conclusion of the course you will:

  • understand what e-learning “looks like” and its most successful applications
  • recognize the critical success factors for successful implementation of e-learning
  • have had an opportunity to discuss the readiness of your own organization to implement e-learning
  • know about and distinguish the types of key e-learning products and technologies
  • have ideas, resources and contacts for further learning and “next steps”

The course methodology will include instructor presentation, case studies, small and large group discussions and brief exercises.
