Travel to Kingston

Sandra Halliday is the chair of the Hospitality Committee.

Kingston, Ontario is conveniently located within short travel distance of Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal. If you can get there, you can get here.

Note: By default hyperlinks will open in the same window and tab as the current page. If you'd like it to open in a new window or tab, right-click on the link and select the appropriate menu item.

Air

Step 1: Depending on the distance and direction you are travelling, you could fly to Toronto (Pearson International Airport - map), Ottawa (Ottawa International Airport - map) or Montreal (Pierre Elliot Trudeau Airport - map) via Air Canada or West Jet.

Step 2: Since Kingston is located near these three major centres, you have to make additional travel decisions. For example, there are direct flights from Toronto to Kingston via Air Canada Jazz. Note: There are no direct flights from Ottawa or Montreal to Kingston. To complete your journey, if you arrive in Toronto, Ottawa or Montreal you have the option to take Via Rail (train service), Coach Canada (bus service from Toronto to Kingston as well as from Montreal to Kingston), Greyhound (bus service from Ottawa to Kingston) or rent a vehicle (think about organizing a group of friends to share the ride).

Since Kingston is a station stop along the busy Via Rail Ontario – Quebec corridor, there are numerous travel times available to meet your schedule. To view the Via Rail schedule click here. Booking in advance will save you money and you can purchase your tickets online.
