The OVHLA met twice during the association year. Our year was launched in October with a presentation by Alison Ball and Scott Mellon on CISTI's Virtual Library Project. It was an interesting presentation and much positive feedback was received from participants.

The Chapter continues to support an electronic union list of serials, available over the Web (www.ovhla.on.ca), and including the holdings and loan policies of participating members. To date, 16 of our members have subscribed to the service and have submitted lists of their holdings. Thanks to participating libraries and Cameron Metcalf of the Ottawa Hospital for his continued work on the project.

A final business meeting will be held in June. A full day of training is also being planned for June to update members on the new enhancements and changes to Docline.
