CHLA/ABSC is undertaking a project to digitize articles published in Bibliotheca Medica Canadiana between 1996-2003 (during which time copyright of articles was held by authors). That being the case, we need your permission in order to digitize the articles you published in the journal.

If you are a 1996-2003 BMC author/co-author and have not done so already, lease read the release form available at http://www.library.ualberta.ca/uploads/HealthSciences/documents/JCHLA_JA... and sign it if you are in agreement with its terms and fax it to the JCHLA Editor at 604-822-5596 by July 10, 2009 if possible. If you are not willing to sign the release, please let me know by emailing me at linda.slater@ualberta.ca so that we can note this in our records.

If you wish to see the titles of the article(s) you published in BMC, please go to the RefShare page at http://refworks.scholarsportal.info/refshare?site=010381128139200000/991... which includes a list of all articles from BMC published from 1996-2003. (If you are unfamiliar with RefWorks/RefShare, please see the document available at http://www.library.ualberta.ca/uploads/HealthSciences/documents/AuthorLo... for instructions on how to look up author names in RefShare.)

If you were the primary author of an article and are able to obtain the signatures of your co-authors, you may submit one release form on behalf of yourself and your co-authors (or as many of your co-authors that you are able to contact).
