Trina Fyfe will soon be giving up public relations duties for motherhood duties. She is expecting her first child in December.  Trina was acclaimed to a second term as Public Relations Director in June 2009. Trina has done a stellar job in bringing new ideas and moving ahead on several new initiatives including new membership campaigns, outreach to library programs and new CHLA/ABSC merchandise. We wish her well.

Nominations are invited for one (1) position on the Board, Director, Public Relations, for the period of 2009 to 2011.

Procedures:
Nominees must be members in good standing of CHLA/ABSC. All nominations must be signed by two (2) members also in good standing of CHLA/ABSC.

Nominations must be submitted in writing to the Nominations Committee, and shall include the nominee’s written consent to stand for election. The candidate must also submit a brief biography, as well as a personal statement of aims, for the Association. Nominations and consent forms are enclosed.

All nominations must be mailed to the Chair of the Nominations Committee and must be postmarked no later than September 21, 2009.
